We work with all grades of mild and stainless steel, aluminium and brass along with most other exotic materials. We are equally at home creating small, bespoke one-off parts as we are producing massive quantities of components and even 5 Tonne stainless steel vessels.
Laser Cutting
We have a dedicated Laser Cutting Team here at Taylor Bros. who look after all aspects of the design and manufacture of parts cut using our state-of-the-art machinery. Parts can be produced from paper or electronic drawings using the latest software and CAD/CAM techniques. Working to specified tolerances, a perfect finish can be achieved on a wide variety of materials at a range of thicknesses. Because of the speed and quality of finish, whether you require a bespoke prototype, or a part mass producing, we can complete your job on time – and on budget.
Powder Coating
At Taylor Bros. we offer the highest quality of Powder Coating leaving you with a professional finish every time. With staff with over 10 years experience and with our investment in the latest technology, you can always assure you are provided with the service you deserve.
Powder coating provides a smoother, more uniform finish than most wet paints. There are a huge variety of colour choices available and a wide range of speciality effects are easily accomplished.
